30 Days Running Challenge
This was truly out of my comfort zone challenge.
I still don’t know how I did it but it was worth it!
If you are convinced that you can challenge yourself for 30 days then all you need is comfortable shoes and some sportswear.
I would encourage you to to run as early morning as you can so you will avoid the city pollution and the wild crowd of rushing people on their way to work. Nature is always the best place to be active and start your day with.
If you have not exercised before then I would suggest to take it easy and not go like crazy ahead the first day just to feel sore all over your body the next day and fail at the very beginning. It’s not about how fast or far you can run but how long you can remain within the game.
After few days when you feel more confident it will be a good time to stretch your distance or speed and feel the amazing difference.
